I too desire to curb those procrastination habits that took months or even years to form. Who wants to look back 5 - 10 years from now only to realized nothings ever changed?

I find the implementation habits penned in each chapter to be a bit overwhelming. Though,  the author encouraged the reader to start with one habit at a time for the next 30 days.
